Hey guys My name is Marcus Echols I’ve dealt with anxiety ever since middle school. I been aware of my anxiety for 11 years now and I’m 29. I really think it would benefit us if we started a support group where we meet via zoom in order to create a group that’s there for each other emotionally. I found that emotional support is definitively something we’re needing and seeking. This group could be a means to fulfill this need.
