I deal with anxiety. I stay home alot. I have 3 boys husband works. It’s hard to get out drive or go to the store in fear of anxiety. Today iam going out to the store for school supplies and school cloths for my son. Hoping everything turns out okay. Need to think positive and have good thoughts.

I think that it’s great. A Mom going out to but her son some school supplies. It’s a beautiful thing you’re doing and no harm should come to you while you’re at it.
Thank you for sharing your feelings on this forum. Going out in public can be very anxiety-inducing. Positive self-talk is extremely important in these types of situations. Take each activity step by step and remember to give yourself leniency. You are only human. You sound like a wonderful mother and that is apparent as you are putting your son’s needs before your own fears. You are stronger than you know.
Hi there! It sounds like you wear many hats at the moment as a mom and a wife. I imagine that can get very stressful at times, especially with making sure your kids have their schools supplies.
