1.   When people show you who they are, believe them

2.   Shake your clothes before hanging them on the clothes line to get out wrinkles

3.   Vinegar is better than regular  fabric softener

4.  No is a complete answer

5.  Other people are to blame for their own actions and decisions.   It isn’t your job to fix them or accept blame for their actions or decisions either.

6.   You are enough.

7.  You make a difference just by being you.

8.  You are lovable.

9.  Others things and people are as important as you are.   Remember this and consider getting a plant.   As you succeed keeping a plant alive, get another plant.    It is a daily reminder that you have a daily impact on the world and life itself.

10.   Every feeling you feel has been experienced before.   Remember others have thrived through the better and worse times feeling and experiencing exactly what you are going through.   Yes, there is is hope.   It is going to be okay.

11.   Remember you are loved more than you will ever know   Always   You have and continue to inspire others but they don’t remember to tell you.     I  am telling you for them    (((Hug)))

12.   When life gets really rough, take it in one second at a time.   It is brave doing the best you can    It merely human to feel overwhelmed and anxious.   Anxiety is a valid emotion not to be feared.   The secret is to call it what it is and accept it    You are merely human and wonderful with a big range of feelings, emotions, and experiences.   If someone opts not to treasure and love you, it is their choice.   It doesn’t mean that you aren’t lovable and worthy of happiness though.   It means that they are opting out of the best and the worst that you have to offer.   It is their loss and their decision to make.    It isn’t to be taken personally.   Loss hurts but time heals.
