    Just remind yourself to breathe thro it. It’s ok to feel tired and wanting to give up, cry , sleep , scream into the pillow if u want to but promise yourself your gonna keep trying to get thro it.

    Thoughts and feelings aren’t you, so even if your thoughts got you turning or you want to control them it can be a slog.

    You are you. You are the quiet soul behind controlling the actions. You get to control what you react to, what you decide to do, where you want to be.

    Align your actions to your values, better yet what are your values? Have they fallen by the wayside?

    Acceptance Committment therapy has been really helpful for me. Likewise if you suffer from anxiety disorder DARE app too.
