hey everyone…what can i say..but thank you all for being there for me and my friend…and for each other..lets see where do i begin..lol…well as you all know i haven't even left messages to you all now for two weeks..the very first time i missed sending i was having a day ..i think i blog about that..having a bad day on a good day..and you know i did a 4th step about it..and it got better..so my bad day turned into a good after all..and i didn't have to stress over it for to long,,and i didn't get drunk over it…yeah…and then the next week i was running all over the place…well,,,,hold on..let me see….ummmm..ok maybe not running cause i'm still fat..hahahahaha….please laugh..it was funny..hahahahahaha….but i was still chasing my tail…and my i didn't know it was so long..lol…i let myself go and had fun ..i went fishing and i did catch a fish…but i also caught a sunburn…yes i do burn..lol…then went to an air show that they had in rapid city and saw the thunderbirds..that was like so cool..unlike my burn ..lol..cause now i'm a real redskin..lol..hahahaha…oh please people …laugh…that was funny too…hahahaha…anywhoo…now that i'm back on planet earth…i also had some bad things that i had to do..i had to help a dear friend send her 12 year old cat home…i don't like to do that but there comes a time when we have to step in…i ran her GA meeting that night and made her come,cause she was gonna stay home and cry and maybe gamble…and i'm her sponser so i made her come..and i'm glad she did..she cried,she laughed,and she finished the meeting..and she found out that night…that if you work your program even when all you want to do is feel sorry for yourself..and hide..all it takes is one foot forward…to life…so yes two long weeks…but i'm sober and i'm still here…and you all know how good that makes you feel..so to all my beloved friends..i love  you all..take care..be good to each other…and remember keep it simple..take it one day at a time..
