1.  We all know that  no one is perfect and there are different levels between your environment being a mess and disorganized and being a organized and  neat.  Our best is good enough! Just trying everyday and doing what is realistic to do our self care and make our home environment as nice as we can everyday is amazing! It does all lead to progress.  One step at a time

2.   Now, the easy part! Track everything you do in your home environment during your waking hours for a week.  On a different paper write down goals.   Refer to goal / daily tasks list daily! Remember to include positive tasks like a hot bath, enjoying a book, studying a favorite topic, lighting scented candles etc! (We all have unique different things and those happen to be my favorites.)

By day 7, you can look over your lists and see little things that work for you.  Time wasters will stand out.

Week 2.  Now, enjoy the benefits! More results and less effort! Plus, you are factoring in positive goals! You have more time than you thought!  For example,  I run the dishwasher before bedtime and go ahead and unload it before going to bed.  Every morning, I don’t have to dread unloading the dishwasher now! It feels like a gift  to me from me every morning!

Also, bathroom surfaces can be sprayed with a disinfectant cleaner and left to sit while you jump in the shower.   Then, after shower; wipe down the surfaces and spray leave on disinfectant spray on your toilet handle, bathroom doors and faucet  handles!

3. Bonus idea!    On your task lists, next to each one write down how long each task will take you. If the task is 2 minutes or less, take care of those tasks first everyday and work your way to the ones that take longer.

Don’t take on big goal projects all in the same day focus on “working towards that goal.”   If you get burned out and do too much you aren’t making new routines/ habits that lead to you loving time in your home space!

Sending everyone hugs, hope and much love 💕
