I think I hurt myself badly working out. My left arm is sore and it’s started brushing. I don’t know what I did. It just started hurting and it’s gotten worse. I have to keep my arm bent or it hurts like a bitch. It has some bruising they showed up overnight. It’s painful and it’s a burden. Does anyone know what the fuck I did. If so DM me or put a comment, please. I’m going nena keep updates on this.
