Scariest Day of my Life
n n
I went to the Q107 Canada Day bash at woodbine beach and had a great day listening to the bands and later, watching the fire works, but when it came time to go home everything changed.
n n
I got on the bus to go home and had managed to work my way through the crowd to the back door.
n n
I usually stand there because it gives me an easy escape if I feel overcome by the number of people on the bus.
n n
The bus had just pulled in to traffic and suddenly, I couldn't breath. It was as though someone had wrapped a belt around my neck and was slowly tightening it.
n n
When I got off the bus I managed to find a cop and as best as I coiuld, I explained what was happening to me.
n n
He told me to go sit on the grass abd try to slow my breathing down.
n n
My thought at the time was that this guy was crazy if he didn't think I was trying to do just that.
n n
Eventually an ambulance came and put an oxygen mask over rmy face and this finally helped, but I must admit, it was the scariest thing to ever happen to me in my life and I have been shot.
n n
For the past couple of days, I haven't been able to leave the house…
n n
n n
I am hoping that this is just a passing phase because I really don't want to be stuck inside the whole summer.
n n
If anyone has been through this can you please give me some advise on how to deal with this and perhaps relate any actions you may have taken to get through it.
n n
Thank you ver much for taking the time to read his and sharing…
