Hi, my name is Cubz, I am 15 years old, and this is my third day in Tribe. The communication system is really buggy and there are some arguments sometimes that I try to avoid because of my anxiety.. But I’ve made 5 new friends and I’m hoping with them I will become a better person and learn how to control my mental illnesses. Examples of those are: Depression, anxiety, ADHD, paranoia, tics, and stress eating or a tendency of over-eating.
I have been having trouble with suicidal thoughts these past two weeks but has been getting better since on this website. I think I really needed group therapy.. Just getting everything out and meeting up with people who have similar issues. It’s nice to talk things out and work together to solve our problems. A goal of mine is to not only help myself but to help someone else as well. Maybe in the future I can be a therapist or even just study human emotion.
I am really happy that this is working out for you. Keep it up. Helping others and problem solving is an excellent endeavor. I am proud of you.

I’m a senior in high school, a wild ride these past four years were, but my mental health journey has led me to become more confident in who I am as a person.
