When you feel thoughts of a upsetting topic, situation, trauma, come into your mind…..

Change rooms…. go wash your hands….. splash water on your face….. or go outside …. Or fill a shoe box with sand and put your feet in it…. wiggle your toes…. light a scented candle….. sit by a fireplace….fill a bowl with dry rice and put your hands on it…

Just move your body and make that change!

It could help and risking feeling down or discouraged!
