We all have MORE than six weeks to get our Spring and Summer clothes out and have to wear them again! Exciting right! It is time to get some toning and body movement in!
Eleven weeks is a remarkable amount of time!
Has anyone else tried on their Spring / Summer clothes lately?
I did and am now actively working toward having the Spring / Summer clothes fit better. I am motivated!
Today I used the elliptical, hula hooped with a weighted hula hoop, lifted hand weights, did leg lift exercises with leg weights on the exercise ball and danced while wearing wrist and ankle weights!
