"Everyday is about becoming" I believe that going through a process of self-reflection and change is powerful and brave. It helps us identify how we are getting in our own way in having a better quality of life. In responsibility their is power. Everyone wants to feel content and satisfied with themselves and the world they build around them but we struggle to achieve this goal because we have been hurt, disappointed, betrayed, or doubt ourselves. Find your personal power and change your world. I am with you.

I use an evidence-based approach to couple counseling, meaning the type of counseling I provide is backed up by scientific research. I enjoy helping people improve their relationships with friends, family, coworkers, and partners. If you're like many people seeking relationship help, you have probably realized that the problem usually has a lot to do with communication. People communicate in various ways, including spoken language, body language, and written language. It's no surprise, then, that a lot of miscommunication happens because of differences in how we use language. How you define love, or respect, or affection, etc., may be very different from the way the other person defines these terms. Therefore, clearing up communication differences is one of the major tenets of relationship counseling. I have provided couple counseling for the past 5 years, and it has become one of my favorite types of counseling. I conduct couple therapy sessions using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which focuses on helping partners recognize and change their negative patterns of interacting with each other. EFT’s effectiveness is strongly supported by scientific research. Currently, 16 separate studies over the course of the past 25 years have shown consistent positive results with EFT.
Living in a country you did not grow up in can give you a wealth of new experiences, but after a while you may also feel disconnected from the people around you, feeling isolated and without a stable "home". In our work together, I draw on both my personal experiences of moving countries and having an intercultural marriage, as well as on more than 10 years of professional experience as a psychologist.
