It is another cold day here but I opted for a spring/ summer type picture because the snow pictures are getting a little repetitive for me. I still like snow but don’t desire to photograph for a while!
Spring is coming up fast though!
Remember that you are enough and have always been enough! You are worthy and deserving of feeling content, safe, loved!
You can thrive past any challenges that you working on surviving! I believe in you!
Today, I will and can work towards my planned goals!
Last night I slept well and feel rested today. Yesterday, I felt tired. Dinner was red beans with long grain rice made with soup broth from left overs that I had frozen! It turned out well! The spinach mild taste in the broth adds something amazing to typical rice and beans made with water for cooking for the rice.
Today, I have helped others by improving the kitchen (unloaded and loaded the dishwasher), took care of the dogs, took care of both fish, and my plants.
Today, my gratefulness is because..
my eyes can see (and I have glasses and also contacts to make me see even better!)
my ears can hear
my sense of smell works
my body can walk and I can walk without pain (broken big toe is healing.)
my hands and fingers work
scented candles are burning the fireplace is going and it is cozy
my favorite pen that is out of ink is inexpensive and can be replaced easily
good health for others and myself
soft material in my clothes
My possibility list that I can work towards?

work on laundry
put away clean laundry
sweep/ mop hard floors
dust surfaces
clean mirrors and glass surfaces
vacuum carpeted areas and rugs
go to body movement room and move intentionally with goals in mind
change bedding in bedroom 2
make up bed in bedroom 1
make chocolate chip cookies
make baked potatoes
warm up green beans
improve the inside of the fridge
clean stainless steel surfaces in kitchen
wash table cloth in kitchen
put another table cloth on table
work on doing more laundry
locate yellow sheet that I changed my mind about donating in bag that is in the car
improve pantry organization
move rice cooker, pressure cooker, and crock pot to shelves in basement
buy heart patch to sew onto red robe or cut a heart out of old clothes and sew that onto the robe
put away laundry in master bedroom
improve kitchen counter organization
mop kitchen, dining room, entry way and bathroom floors
create “Spring is coming” countdown functioning art for fitness room
sweep and mop bedroom 3
disinfect and clean bathroom surfaces and toliets in hall and master bath
consume food
consume water
take vitamins
take donate items to donate place
shine up sink in laundry area
improve yarn and book area
put a old penny in each plant
work on sorting the rest of the moving here boxes
sort spring and summer shoes/ pick favorites to go on shoe shelves for Spring/ get ready to pack way boots!
have husband take apart the desk and store it
move cast iron skillets to kitchen cabinet from the basement
wrap up breakable items daughter bought and left here for long term storage (future wedding stuff of daughter’s)
and as always… check on plants.. water if needed… check on dogs water dishes… fed dogs…. check on fish to see if their water heaters are working and fed them etc.
rinse off plants that may have dust on them
spray other plants with misting bottle of water
