The word “anxiety”, does it have a certain meaning? I am pretty sure I am not alright, but I cant pin point as to if it is anxiety or not. Sometimes I really think if it is just me overthinking everything or is it my anxiety. Does having panic attacks mean anything with respect to anxiety? We are never really taught about the mental health related issues any where. This makes it tough for us to understand if we are really suffering from any such issue or not. In opinion, it is denial which comes first. One keeps on denying that he/she has anxiety and does not pay attention to the growing symptoms. It can have consequences. So then what should be done? It is tough to find someone to talk to, better yet to open up to a therapist. How to know if what we are really facing is a serious case of anxiety or just something else? How is one supposed to know the way it feels in anxiety if he/she does not, in the first place, know what the term actually means?

Keep writing. You’re passing feelings out while you can then see them in front of you. I still question whether I have to journal, or get feelings down on paper or on the screen . When I do this I process better. So many feelings have escaped through my pen onto paper. If I journal, I heal.
That is precisely why I started journaling. It helps.
