Hello! I’ve never done this before and I’m new so I don’t really know if I’m doing it right, but here it goes. I honestly don’t know what’s happening to me. I’m constantly making stupid mistakes and getting in HUGE trouble for it. I keep trying to get my stuff together, but then I do something stupid, and lose all trust with my parents. They say I keep messing up and need to get everything together, which I agree, but at the same time I’m like, “I’m seventeen. I’m supposed to mess up and make mistakes and learn from them.” I don’t know what to do anymore. It seems like no matter what there’s always something I did wrong, big or small.

I’m so sorry your parents not understand that your supposed to mess up. Can you let them read your post or read it to them? I k how it’s making yourself very vulnerable but maybe it will start a conversation. Or can you see a counselor? They’ve helped me a lot. Good luck
