Recently has been hard for me. It’s coming up on one month since his passing, and this holiday season is gonna be hard. Sometimes i would go up during christmas, like a little after, and spend time with my aunt and uncle. I’m going to my aunts house on Saturday, we’ll next saturday, and i’m terrified. That’s the place where he did, where his last moments were. I told my aunt i can’t spend the night, and so my parents and i are only spending the day. I want to go to therapy, but i’m scared to tell my parents i want to. I just miss him so much, and want him here with me today.

So sorry to hear about your loss:( I think you should be able to get therapy. Sometimes you can get it even without your parent’s permission, like through your school. I hope it works out. I’m praying for you and sending good thoughts your way;)
i spoke to my parents and they said that they will get me back with the therapist i used to go to. i was really scared to say i needed help, but it worked out. it’s also different because i’m doing online school because of covid, so i wouldn’t be able to see my counselor
