I don’t know how this works or if it will even help me, some lady from a mental health helpline suggested this site. I feel really dumb talking to strangers about my even stupider thoughts and feelings but here I am lol I must be as desperate as I am pathetic. I’m always depressed, always inadequate, always taking up space, always afraid of my thoughts , always lonely.
