- My anxiety has been so heightened it feels like I\’m just going to die. I suffer from C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. I recently found out I\’m pregnant and I\’m only 16 years old. My life has been filled with years of trauma, instability, neglect. Now that I\’ve sorted my life out a bit, it\’s like I\’ve went out of my way to ruin it all over again. I\’m so trapped. I have chronic suicidal thoughts and this whole situation is making it so much easier to act on them. I\’m so alone. Nothing feels real. I\’m on medication, I\’m in CBT and DBT groups and individual counselling, and I\’m just not getting better. I practice skills everyday. It\’s never enough for me. I hate myself and my life. I hope someone can offer some support or maybe my story can help them in a way.
