I’m a ticking time bomb
With no beeping to warn you of the explosion ahead.
I’m a volcano
With no smoke to warn of the impending river of hell.
I’m a twister
That moves too fast to outrun;
Swallowing up everyone around me.
I’m the spring storms
That clean off winter depression
And bring the colors of the rainbow to the brown earth;
Using destruction to create new life.
I’m the cool morning breeze in the beginning of summer;
Peaceful and gentle.
I’m the leaves in autumn,
Dying so that I can be found.
I’m the first snow in winter.
Showing up to cover the littered ground with a glistening white blanket.
your writing is very enjoyable to read
This was very good. I really loved:
“That clean off winter depression
And bring the colors of the rainbow to the brown earth;
Using destruction to create new life.”
Nice work.
