Dear Lord, I thank You for this day. I thank You for my being able to see and to hear this morning. I'm blessed because You are a forgiving God and an understanding God. You have done so much for me and You keep on blessing me.
I ask now for Your forgiveness. Forgive me this day for everything I have done, said or thought that was not pleasing to you. Help me to start this day with a new attitude and plenty of gratitude. Let me make the best of each and every day to clear my mind so that I can hear from You.
Please keep me safe from all danger and harm. Thank You for broadening my mind so that I can accept all things. Thank You Lord Jesus, for giving me the discipline to not whine and whimper over things I have no control over.
I know that when I can't pray out loud, You listen to the prayer in my heart.
Please continue to use me to do Your will. Thank You for making me useable by keeping me humble. Thank You Lord for blessing me that I may be a blessing to others. Thank You for keeping me strong that I may help the weak, keeping me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others, and for keeping me close to You so that your light shines through me for the world to see.
I pray for those that are lost and have not yet found their way. I pray for those that are misjudged, misunderstood, and mistaken as not being created and loved by You.
I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those that don't believe.
I thank You for the belief that You have instilled in me, for the faith building experiences that I have been blessed with. I believe that You Lord Jesus can, and do, change people's hearts, and that hearts will be changed through this prayer that is shared with others.
I pray for all my sisters and brothers, my cousins, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. For each and every family member in their households, I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes, and that all their needs are met. I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than God. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees it.

Lord Jesus, as best I know how I offer you my life. Please come into my heart and be the ruler of my life. Teach me to walk in your ways, to love others the way that you love, and to be a blessing to all that I meet. Thank you for loving me even when I did not feel lovable. Amen
