Hi, my name is Tiffany armentrout and i hate to admitt it but yes, i suffer from REALLY bad anxiety attacks at random times in the winter time mostly. I feel like crying all the time, i am never happy anymore, i always feel nervous and its a wonder i can even drive good with the way i feel all the time. I think that one of the reasons i DO feal anxies all the time is because i do not exercise enough, paint as much as i use to (which is really theraputic to me) and most of all because i worry, over think things and am wayy too parranoid about a LOT of stuff!!!!! and i HATE that! but hey, i geuss i gotta live with this! :/ i really dont know how to take the fact that i know have anxiety now. It will come when i LEAST expect it or WANT it to.And the ways that im finding that i deal with this crap is by listening to meditation music, drinking something warm like hot cocoa or chai tea, working out seems to help too and art and playing the piano. I am trying to keep a heatlhy diet plan now as that seem to help me feel better ab I out myslef too! I want to get back into going to FFCC ( a church I used to go to) and just be involved in that again. IS there anyone out there that can relate to what i am going through with this aufull anxiety!? i can very much relate to what your going through. My life is dictated by my anxiety and i absolutely hate it. i deal with it alot with self talk, music helps. I as well used to love painting ceramic pieces…..anyways i hope you have a good weekend, less stress as possible 😀 take care hun

I always get worse in winter too. I guess there\'s some correspondence between sunlight and seratonin? Have you thought about getting one of those full spectrum \”sun lamps?\” I like mine a lot, plus it helps you see colors better than a yellow-tinted lamp, which is good for art.
Same here Turningpoint! I get winter depression and paranoia and HATE it soo much BUT i have to live with this and i am slowly realizing it! I do now take vitamin b12 wich helps with anxiety and try and stay positive and talk to people! I will also def look into buying a sun lamp or therapy lamp. That will help me lots!!
