Hello all!

Well, 2014 has come and gone. Been a while so I suppose an update is needed. 🙂 Especially since my Cat (Darwin) is sitting here meowing at me to go to bed and get some rest.

I'm still in school. 🙂 Grades for this last quarter came out and I am sitting at an overall GPA of 3.78. Only 20 credits left till graduation. So this time next year I should be done with this portion of my BFA. Doing my best to stick with it ( especially since there are about 180 rolls of film in the fridge right now. LOL) as the saying goes: "The hardest part of any degree is the last part of it when no electives are left and all of it is required course work.

So School is going well. Love life. Hmm. well that is fairly stagnate by all accounts. I've been single for the most part since being diagnosed back on Dec 17th 2007. And as time continues on it has become even more lonely. But perhaps there is a lesson to be had. Finding happiness. If I can find some measure of happiness by myself then perhaps when the time is right I'll be able to find someone who is happy with themselves as well. I'm still hedging my bets that the universe will give me an ah-ha moment of love at first sight again.

As for the HIV well. hmm. tangled web we weave. To make a long story short, I had to find a private Dr. and provider outside of the VA and apply for benefits to pay for it as my HIV doctor at the VA resigned and then everything went wonky so to speak. Had an allergic reaction to the meds I was on and had to DC them. As a result my BMI went all wacked along with my metabolism. So hopefully the new doctor will be able to sort it out. Med wise he prescribed Stribild. I get to start those come tuesday. Should be loads of fun. but hey, I'm still here and I'm still kicking.

other than that all is well and the time is 0200hrs. Looking forward to school starting back up again as this vacation stuff is for the birds.
