today I have been having depressive and awful thoughts that I cant seem to stop. All I can think about is self harm. I love my family and the world and I don’t want to die or harm myself but I just got into a deadly spiral of thoughts. Sometimes I feel like I cant control my thoughts so I just watch for endless hours and don’t have any human contact… I don’t really know what I’m supposed to be writing about but I hope this helps someone.
