For the longest time I’ve been depressed. Eventually my anxiety got worse and I had to drop out of my freshman year of high school. After high school I got my ged a couple months later, I was 16 then I’m now 17. I don’t really know what I want to do anymore in life. I have no friends or no social life at all. I barely talk to my mom about my feelings bc she doesn’t know how to deal with it, she takes it as me complaining to her when all I want is help. I want an actual life but it’s kinda hard when I have no support.

How is your diet? No need to answer but 9 times out of 10 people with depression, anxiety, OCD are not eating well enough to support their brain. Our brain needs real food to function properly. Eating health may be the number one most important thing to help. This is way families throughout histories, and culture had secret recipes they didn’t share. Figuring out what to eat to think clearly meant they had a distinct advantage in life. I hope this is helpful.

Hi! I just wanted to say I’m really proud of you for getting your GED. That takes a lot of determination, especially when you’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety.
I can also relate to having a hard time finding support. I’ve been through a lot with my son’s dad and some family situations, and I’m still navigating those challenges. It isn’t always easy to find people who will simply listen without judging.
I just wanted you to know that you’re not alone. Thank you for sharing your story, and I hope things continue to get better for you one step at a time. ❤️
