Hopefully, everyone is having a safe and content day!

The picture above is of the pool water right now with the clouds reflecting in the water    The waves are from me swimming    Huge hawks are flying above me hunting!

The sun keeps hiding behind behind the clouds and then it pops back out.

it is almost 90 degrees here today!

Earlier, I did some research and found more affirmations and facts that inspire me!

The birds are going nuts at the bird feeders!

The pool water feels amazing! It makes me sleep better when I swim until I am exhausted.  Hopefully, this evening I will be able go to sleep without crying.  I dread the evenings! Everything hits me with anxiety “stuff” and I tend to feel lonely even though I am married because he is asleep by then.
