How many find it hard to just accept thoughts? They say they are just “junk” and your supposed to just let them flow through.  They seem so real and then I get caught up in doing rituals, like many others.

 

My goal is to just let them go thru and let the scary ones go like a song I can’t stand.  If course this is a journeh, since it doesn’t happen overnight.  Anyone else have a thought management process they usr.
