This email is a nudge for any one thinking of joining us on this year’s Poz Cruise Retreat.

Even though it is clear that we are in a soft economy it appears that this particular itinerary and sailing date (October 10 – 18, 2009) is in great demand. Carnival Cruise has recently contacted me requesting that I give up many of our unsold cabins to accommodate the demand they seem to be getting through their own reservations department. I know many people believe that the longer they wait the lower the price may become. But that is clearly not the case with this sailing. You can hold your reservation with a deposit of $150 instead of the normal $300. If need be I will fight with Carnival to get them to accept an even lower deposit to get you registered.

Now that our rate has been reduced by $60 or so and due to the pressure being placed upon me by Carnival to release unsold cabins, I strongly want to urge you to sign up now rather than later. FYI, in case the rates ever drop lower than our current rates (which unlikely to be honest) the savings would be passed on to you as well. Currently the lowest rate we have is now $489 per person plus the taxes.

I would hate to have someone call me in March or April to sign up only to have to tell them we have no more cabins at the group rate with the $100 ship board credit.

Sincerely,

Paul B. Stalbaum
