Hello everyone,

Its been a long time since I blogged. I have been in IOP since January. Still learning self care and the ups and downs of my mental illness. I am Bipolar 2 and PTSD. I have hernia and I am getting an operation on July 24th to relieve the pain. I didn’t even know I have it. It explains alot  I am saying my prayers. My father recently had a tumor removed from the left side of his brain. He has stage 4 cancer and is a nursing home. I volunteer at the local art gallery by sitting and promoting their memberships. Its a great way to pay it forward and it good for society. Feel free to respond. I am grateful that I a safe and out of harm’s way. I am a lesbian and believe in the LGBTQ . I belong to a group once a week where we have regained a trust and build a community to express. the photo is a picture of my strong children, and my mother who yells alot. I’m proud of my children. They are growing up.
