So im not a therapist but I feel like it’s a topic I could talk about so here we go

  • Drawing-if you like art draw something.
  • Reading- just for you book nerds but it’s helpful to me.
  • Taking deep breaths- this is a really good thing counting while breathing.
  • Stress balls- just stress balls.                                                                                 So that is all I’m gonna say but these have all worked for me if they don’t well I warned you I’m not a therapist
