Hello everyone. It’s been over a year since I wrote a blog so I thought I’d kick off this one by writing about a nutritional supplement out there that supposedly helps one overcome anxiety and/or panic disorders.

The name of the supplement is ‘Seredyn’. I found out about it through a Google advertisement displayed on the DepressionTribe site.  It claims an 87% success rate. It also states that since it’s a nutritional supplement anyone can buy it without a prescription and is readily available for purchase on their web site http://www.seredyn.com

As skeptical as I was reading this advertisement, I was also intrigued by the fact that this ‘magic pill’ can be taken alongside your regular antidepressent medications and mood stabilizers and will not conflict with them. The web site has a plethora of information on the supplement as well as an FAQ section for those who want to learn more about the pill.

So what does this have to do with me, you ask? Well I am a clinically depressed and clinically anxious individual. I am on 3 medications already to treat my illnesses and am frustrated at the fact that I am not really improving much while on them. This is why I turned to the seredyn web site. I am looking for an alternative/additional method of treating this god-forsaken illness.

I was impressed at the reasonably priced pills. A one month supply goes for 35$ and a two month supply costs 60$. I thought the two month supply was a great deal for starters so I purchased it. As I stated before, I am skeptical as to the effects of this pill and what it can do for me and, as of this writing, I haven’t tried it yet. I intend on starting the regimen tomorrow alongside the regimen of anti-depressants and mood stabilizers I am already taking.
