Hi I’m Ali I have struggled with depression from a young age but never relized it myself till I was in 8th grade. I dont nessicarly like life at the moment. I rely alot on my youth leaders and friends around me who help me through my rough points like I’m going through right now. Depression isnt a choice its an illness. I’m still finding my way through depression as ive beat it many times before but it seems like each time it comes back stronger. But in the end i know im stronger then each time before.
