I had my first anxiety attack in school, we were in Chapel and one of my friends was whispering to my brother, I started to overthink and I had this long nervous feeling in my heart. I tried to brush it off, but I just kept thinking about it. Ever since I’ve had at least 2-3 more anxiety attacks at different times. This month I haven’t had any, thank goodness. I feel more calm and collected, it hasn’t gone away completely, but hopefully, my anxiety will cease by the end of this year.
