The truth is that anxiety is manageable without fear of it. It’s just thoughts and sensations can trick you into avoiding and using safety crutches…

Take care of yourself but also challenge your beliefs constantly. You’re afraid of going crazy. Try to go crazy! give yourself a minute or however long. Or you’re afraid when anxiety creeps up your body that it will overwhelm you in public. Let it rip! Exposure therapy and prevent a response (such as running away from it)

in time anxiety becomes more in accord with truth… and fear is decoupled and no longer strangleholding your life. Take things in steps or go for big, however confident you feel. The bigger your step, the more reward you reap when it succeeds.

    i sorta tried to yk like- try to see how long i can take in anxiety. without any other help like music or some shit.

    i sorta turned insane and i still cant breathe 😀
