How is the weather where you are?

It is 30 degrees here right now! It is heat wave compared to being 0 outside and the roads not being drivable!

What are you grateful for right now?

Today, I am feeling grateful for;

the color salmon pink,

pony tail holders,

having sight,

smell, taste,

abilities to walk,

eat, swallow,

and use my hands,

the fact that there are no flying and stinging bugs and insects in the winter,

the beauty of the  snow on the ground,

my favorite pen,

the ability to make lists,

favorite foods, favorite food seasoning,

ability to obtain and cook and bake foods,

clean well water,

a working water heater,

scented candles,

having long hair,

the amazing  options we all have to make the most of what you have to work with in our lives.

What is your state of mind and mood today?

I am feeling grateful, calm, a little tired, empowered, healthy, productive and content!

What have you been up to today?

So far, I have ;

fed both fish,

let dogs out and in (repeat),

taken my vitamins,

took a bath, styled hair,

got dressed,

did skin care,

put on “face improving” products,

gathered and took out kitchen garbage ,

lit scented candles,

turned on fireplace in body movement room,

wrote out my home goals /  possibilities,

unloaded and loaded dishwasher,

consumed water,

and consumed food.

My list of possibilities and meal plan for evening  is written out in front of me!

I look forward to moving toward achieving my goals today and sharing them with you of course!

What is on your list of possibilities?

Remember you are enough and are worthy of feeling content, enjoying life, and to love yourself exactly how you are!

You can work towards your goal and have success!

You can continue working on accepting that past challenges and not idea situations can’t be changed but you work on moving beyond surviving to thriving!

Focus and determination combined with a plan leads to achieving goals! A little effort at a time adds up!
