i just finished talking to the suicide hotline for the second night in a row.. i don’t really know what to say, but they recommended joining a group as a resource. i have been trying to identify my triggering thoughts and counter them with positive reassuring feedback from myself. it’s pretty helpful until it’s not. i also downloaded coping apps that are also help until it’s not. anyways, i’ll be posting on here whenever i just need an outlet.
