I was doing trash and I had to cut down boxes So I went into my dad’s workshop to get a box cutter. I went to the dwar where they are kept. I found razor blades in the dwar and I had a flashback of my past self-harm. Without thinking I take a razor blade and put it in my pocket. When I went upstairs to my room I got the blade and starting cutting myself.  I didn’t realize what I was doing until I did my 7th cut. I regret it! I’m scared to tell anyone because I get in a lot of trouble when I tell someone.

I am not promoting self-harm! it is a very bad thing to do! If you know someone or are someone who is hurting themselves please seek help! For you or someone else!
