Well I didn't get to work out today. Last night just before bed I got a horrible headache and took tylenol extra strength rapid release. I hate hormone headaches. I get them with my cycle and they last about 24hrs at a time. It is like a migraine in intensity.  I used to take midol for them and if I caught it early enough that usually worked BUT all the caffeine in midol drives me right out of my skin with anxiety so I can no longer take that. 60mg in each tablet!! Tylenol basically does nothing to alleviate the headache.  So the headache is finally starting to ease up.  Of course it is bed time so sigh. I wasn't worth a darn all day.

At any rate I plan on going to the doctor to see what I can take for these headaches that will not aggrivate my anxiety or make me sleep all day long. I really need to be able to function even with this.  I have two kids lol.  My husband is wonderful when I get these headaches but still….. I just refuse to believe that for the rest of my life while having "that time of the month" I have to endure a horrid crippling headache every single time. That is just unacceptable to me.  My headaches have ruined many a plans and gotten in the way of my life.

Enough of me whining.  I should be 100% again when I wake up in the morning and ready for my workout. On a positive note…. I have lost two pounds in the short time I have been working out. I will be honest. the weight did not budge even with my workouts until I started eating right. So I think you should do both not just one or the other. Although, don't do too much too soon and freak your system out.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!! Blessings to you all!
