Good article and great suggestions. I would also recommend a stress reducing regime which should include lying down and doing measure breaths. I also would recommend a yoga type regular exercise. Lots of green leafy vegetables, berries and melons. I would also recommend large doses of Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D and a calcium complex. These all play a roll in moderating stress
