My hearts beating too fast 

So fast it makes me feel ill

As I have trouble breathing

So Pour me a glass I’ll have it Drown away my anxiety

When I feel it’s taking over me 

As if iḿ no longer me

And i´v been overthink about overthinking 

And as I try to sleep I stay Awake 

Well this feeling of fear swallows my happiness

With this Strange feeling in the pit of my stomach 

As I sit in fear of the worst

And this feeling of Overwhelming emotions Spreads throughout my whole body

I jut wish others could see this and see this and know this feeling I have Described.
