I been feeling depressed lately.
I\’m not working right now, because I was injured on the job.
I\’m feeling bored and feeling like a failure.
I feel like people don\’t understand me. They don\’t understand why I am stressed.
I feel upset because it is hard to stay home all day and I have a lot of pain.
The pain is very frustrating and nothing helps it, not even the meds that the doctor prescribed.
I feel conflicted. I don\’t know what I am going to do now.
I feel stressed because my family keeps asking me questions about my plans.
I feel like I need more friends.
You will overcome this!!! This is just a season where it’s building your character. Making you stronger!!! Tell those thoughts you are not real and I am an amazing person. Glad that you are okay. Your new memories are going to be amazing! Remember this!
