The sky today  is a beautiful shade of gray and the temperature outside is perfect.   The world felt peaceful and surreal due to no signs of people.  I felt a mental clarity come over me as the wind blew.  I visualized the obstacles that I have over come with each step I took forward.  The truth is that with every step you take everyday, you are moving away from old challenges.    The power in moving on is powerful.   We are all powerful.    Today, while holding the umbrella in the wind with a hand injury, I realize how with determination and moving forward that no one can hold us back.   Keep moving forward     Don’t ever stop.
