She HATE’s this person she has become

for the obstacles she can’t overcome

this person who no longer sees

the goals she had set to achieve

She keeps the fake smile on her face

so others will be comfortable in her space

She no longer wishes to be the help line of one another

for she feels she has failed as a wife and mother

Why does this pain run so deep within her skin

Why is it a battle she can’t win

Why must she portray to others she is okay

when she really would like to fade away

she has lost her strength to fight for happiness

when she knows she deserves only less

Why then must she go on pretending she is saine

so the ones around her don’t know or feel her pain

to watch them smile when she says she is great

yet again they take the bait

the false pretense is just  a show

if only they would really know

how the feelings inside her have become too much to take

and the feelings she gives them are always fake

the liar she has made herself to be

for some are to tender to wanna see

She is losing control of all

and she sits and waits on gods call

to let her no why she’s still here

for there’s nothing left in her to care

and the peices that remain

are tainted and stained

why should she stay here

all it does is cause more fear

losing everything she’s work so hard to keep

her dreams, her goals, her plans now seem so steep

and her tired legs can no longer climb and claw

for above lay things she will miss most of all

 her daughter, her husband, her family, and friends

these people who try yet are not able to make ammends

the torment she feels everyday and night

she wishes she could see the light

to see what god ‘s plans ahead lay

for the person before her now

is not the one who might somehow

change this world into a better place

where people need not put on a false face

and be free to share thier true feelings

and begin the procces of healings

why is it we have to hide the torments inside

so society can go on bye and say well we tried

feeding us more pills increasing our bills

then putting us in places they see fit

for yet another lunatic

She ‘s so tired of fighting for her sanity

she relises it may never be

when society says they wanna help us feeding us lies

making it for some thier last goodbyes

is there really no one in the world to help us see

or are we truely the lab rats they experiment on when time be

she grows angry at the systems of our society

hiding us away so we won’t stray

for it is forbidden to talk about the pills they feed us so they can make a buck

while we continue to lay in misery and muck

but what ‘s it to them another bill in thier wallet

while we shake and shiver from the side affects of the pills they so called it

she still wishes to fight if not for her but her offsprings

she wants them to have so many things

Let them know thier  mouths are thier  tool to fight

that they no whats wrong from right

and give a smile of success

when they do not allow society to make them into statistic little test

may they not label my child average and normal as statistics show

may she be herself only her true talents she bestow

not to be scrutinized or labeled

but to be free to follow her fairy tale fable

So WHY? I ask should we fight instead of being defeated

for the children below us

who will one day show us

this world is all we can leave them so we must fight

to make sure all will be right

that are kids will have knowledge to improve on these things

so ones that follow after them will have the strenght to fight

the demons that will always stay and torture them

we must give then the knowledge to stand there ground

and never let this society conform them and push them around

For these children will one day be our future

and she hopes they can say thier proud to stay

in a place they are all free to be

and where people don’t judge them and see

what beautiful individuals they become

able to express thier true feelings

and not be so numb
