The depression blogs. Where you can write about your depression. And it is good. We need to be able to talk about it. Writing is even better. A friend, (of sorts?) said I should keep a "depression journal." And by the second entry, I was so "freakin'" depressed, I couldn't even finish the entry… Two days later I ripped out those pages and changed my "depression journal" into my "dream journal." And for me, it's working out like magic. I realized that I haven't given up. That even though there seems to be a huge overwhelming amount of work to do to sort everything out, I am pretty sure I can do it, I just needed the right inspiration and motivation, which I got in spades… 🙂 (big smile)
Yesterday, I spent all day studying people who make videos about success and listening to people like Anthony Robbins and Deepak Chopra. Listening to what successful people have in common, and what drives them, and mainly, what "tools" they use to succeed. This is VERY important. Having the right tools. No matter what the job, without the right tools, you will find yourself terribly frustrated, most likely. But with the right tools, anything is possible and easy.
Would like to encourage anyone who doesn't already listen to the music of Lindsey Stirling, to do so. Her music is energetic and fun, and I just love violins. – Thanks go out to Josh for bringing this old lady out from under the rock I was under… hehe Also I can highly recommend EMT, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Nick Ortner, and many other doctors. You can look up EMT on YouTube and find a lot of good therapists who find this type of "hypnosis" or cognitive re-set a great tool, one that we can easily learn and use whenever we want to, "free" of charge! haha A great big hug and thanks go out to Stormbringer who may suffer his own storms, but brings only light and love when I see him…`
Lastly, today, I just want to say one other thing. Do not ever be afraid to be who you really are. You may be holding back, trying to fit in, or just be low profile, but trust me, it isn't necessary and in fact, it is just spinning your wheels, going nowhere. When you accept who you really are, and you just become honest about it, then a whole new world opens up before your eyes. I'm not saying go to your boss or your professor or really just anyone, and go into great detail about your mental issues, some things should just be private anyway. But if you think you are a great thinker, a great painter, a great anything, then don't hide it, be proud of it. If you find that you are different than most, and your ideas and perceptions are quite apart from the "norm," no worries! That is great news! It means you are special, "gifted" in fact! You have dreams and ideas, you are a progressive thinker, and you should let it all come forth, start your own "dream journal." I won't lie to you, sometimes the best dreams take quite some time to manifest… but omg, once they start to, it is so freakin amazing you just want to jump for joy, and really nothing new has changed, it's all inside yourself. Your heart has found hope again, your own bright light, your own energy! Be proud and be bold! No fear! We don't have time for that! hahahaha Peace and joy, blessings to you all, your humble and very silly friend….
