In the hospital they usually measure the patient's level of pain by a chart of smiley faces. Each of these levels take a different time, treatment, and dosage to heal. What's your pain level? On a scale of 1-10, how are you feeling? Why are you feeling that way? What can you do about it?Can you even do anything about it?These questions aren't meant to bring anger or more pain, just awareness.A lot of time there isn't much WE can do on our own.Often times our 'self-healing' doesn't work, so we try other methods to help soothe our pains, anxieties, fears, and depression.Often time these 'self remedies' only bring temporary relief, and we're stuck feeling hopeless and helpless on top of our hurts. What if there was an ear we could whisper all of our problems, troubles, pains, and concerns into? The ear wouldn't interrupt us; The ear wouldn't judge, nor look down upon us;& after whispering into that ear, we'd feel a sensation of peace. Would you whisper into that ear?DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a magical ear. DONT expect all of your answers to appear, or all of your problems to dissipate once you whisper into it.Well a person like this exists. He will listen to your pain and give you peace if you ask for it. He is much more than an ear.He will not judge, and look down at you. He won't interrupt, or try to speak over you. He is a healer, a listener, a prince of peace, and his name is Jesus.Maybe you've heard of him, maybe you haven't.DISCLAIMER: He is NOT some magical wizard. DON'T expect all of the answers to appear. DONT expect all of your problems to automatically dissipate. Its worth a try. Even if it didn't work, you've tried EVERYTHING else, why not this?Your pain is deep, and there are so many levels to the hurt and agony your heart is feeling. Wouldn't you like some comfort?”Come unto me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”Those are his words. Whisper a prayer, and let him take your pain from you.
