I was seeing doctors all summer long trying to figure out why I always felt sick in the morning and either had the dry heaves or would eat something for breakfast and then throw it up. I had every test done that I think they could think of to do and they figured out that I had acid reflux pretty bad. That was the first part of August and I thought I was getting a handle on the eating thing again. Well, on September 3rd, I was rearended trying to turn right into a friends drive way. The 21 year old kid that hit me was going 50+ miles an hour and was looking at some storm damage along the highway. He didn't even hit the brakes. Spun me 180 degrees into the side of the ditch bank. I was taken to the ER on a backboard and a neck brace. Four hours later I was told to go home with muscle relaxers and pain medication. There were no broken bones, thank goodness, but severe whip lash. This has thrown my OCD anxiety into hyperactivity mode. Now I'm back to not eating well, I'm having a hard time driving, and all I seem to do is go to the Chiropractor, physical therapist, and my "new" therapist for my OCD that I'm not 100% sold one way or the other with him and what he can or cannot help me with. I just started with him in July because the other therapist I was seeing was still a student and I was teaching him more about OCD than he could help. It just becomes so frustrating, irritating, and overwhelming when OCD creeps it's ugly Monster back into my life or our lives, family included. Now the one thing that kind of helped me through the really rough times of the obsessive thoughts by running and now I can't even do that for probably another month depending on when my muscles start to relax. All I have to say is UUUUGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!
Just one more “thing”
