So I thought I would share some positive affirmations that have helped with my anxiety, especially during the current situations. I hope these can help some of you guys 🙂

  1. I will focus on what I can control, instead of what I can’t.
  2. I will remain grounded, centred and at peace as much as I can.
  3. I will protect myself by not believing all that I read on social media.
  4. I will not obsess over what I hear on the news
  5. I will take necessary precautions to help relieve my need to worry.
  6. When anxious thoughts come to me, I will acknowledge them, then let them go.
  7. I will choose calm over worry and faith over fear.
  8. I will stay safe and protected and so will those I love.
  9. I will remain calm and try to trust that all will be well soon.
  10. I am in control of my thoughts and feelings. I am strong.

I know that it can be hard to believe these sometimes…trust me I know! But stay strong, you’ve got this! <3
