So I thought I would share some positive affirmations that have helped with my anxiety, especially during the current situations. I hope these can help some of you guys 🙂
- I will focus on what I can control, instead of what I can’t.
- I will remain grounded, centred and at peace as much as I can.
- I will protect myself by not believing all that I read on social media.
- I will not obsess over what I hear on the news
- I will take necessary precautions to help relieve my need to worry.
- When anxious thoughts come to me, I will acknowledge them, then let them go.
- I will choose calm over worry and faith over fear.
- I will stay safe and protected and so will those I love.
- I will remain calm and try to trust that all will be well soon.
- I am in control of my thoughts and feelings. I am strong.
I know that it can be hard to believe these sometimes…trust me I know! But stay strong, you’ve got this! <3
