I’ve had a lot of anxiety from the school year ending, I’m scared of it being over because I don’t reach out to my friends as much as I should, and I noticed my appetite has gone down and I’ve been getting more headaches/migraines. Sucks, but I’m trying to get better. SafeUt recommended this to me and I hope I can feel less alone.
