I am so very sick of chat drama. To everyone that normally see's me in chat the reason i've been not on as much is because I dont think its fair to myself or anyone else to have to deal w/it all. There are certain people that feel that they have to attack others. Chat should be somewhere to let go and not have to remember that you live some shithole life, where you have no friends and are petrified of the big scary world. We should all be neighborly if not friends with one another. I do not agree w/ how things have been last few weeks. I think that everyone needs to chill out. Jokes can be told, topics other then anxiety can be talked about. I am at the point where if I see people just being blatently rude that I'm just going to tell the person off. I'm sick of ME being chased out (basically) of chat because I don't wanna deal w it. The people who are making chat life miserable (which i'm sure those of u who are doing it wont even realize i'm pointing the preverbial finger at you) you are killing this site. You are making it so people don't want to be here, good ppl, people that truely are here to better the 'community'. So back off.
::sigh:: I've been on this site thru multiple cycles of people. And I have to say (and i dont think i'm alone in this) that this is the worst that things have been since ive been a member for over a year and a half. The people that are being bullies and blatently attacking other for jokes or how they feel or their view points are making this a hostile environment, quite the opposite of what it is supposed to actually be.
Anyways, I feel that everyone (myself included) should dig deep and really look at how we talk to people. I think that everyone should at least TOLERATE eachother for the sake of having a healthy environment. We all come from different backgrounds, walks of life, issues but at the end of the day we are all the same. We are all human we all have at least 1 thing in common…we have anxiety. We should come together on even that single issue but lately that's not been the case.
So the moral of the story is "if you don't have anything nice to say to someone … shut it"
i completely agree with you. i never go in chat anymore, and haven't done for quite a while. but when i did go in every now and then there was always a couple of people that seemed to be deliberately trying to aggravate others. all i have to say to you people is you're a f*ckin waste of skin. it always seems to happen on websites that are designed to help good people who suffer from anxiety, you always get some worthless little p*icks come along who have got nothing better to do than try and annoy and upset people.
i think as beela said a little while back, we should smoke em out. ban anyone who makes obnoxious comments in chat, because it isn't fair on the people who just want to get along
The problem w/ banning everyoen that says anything is where do you draw the line. Then we become SAF and i don't want to be apart of a website like that. I think as a collective we should take a look w/in ourselves and just alter how we interact. I think that its alot of unneccisary processes to delete and ban someone when 1) it doesnt solve the bigger picture and 2) they can just come back.

"about the innercircle, thats probably true to an extent…I think that there are the 'usuals' who frequent the room often so there is an unrealized familiarness (if thats a word) btwn the members. I think all in all most people in chat try to be inviting. I think this site as well as chat are like "the more u put into it the more u get out of it" if you know what i mean. I dont think that the 'innercircle' that you feel there is is trying to make u an outcast by any means."
