– drink extra water

– eat garlic

– take hot bath

– use salt water nose drops

– fill a sock with dry beans or dry rice and warm up in microwave  (or make 3) placement  back is neck, forehead and top of head

-sleep with extra pillow or reclining back in reclining chair


other options

-after using heat, use a product like roll on pain relieving product in forehead, back of neck

-ask someone to massage the back of your neck or use a massager

-take mucus thinning medicine

-take up to 4 ibuprofen
