Today is April 5 2019 .

Today at 1pm I have an appointment with hospice care here at my house and then I have church tonight I’m feeling anxiety already just thinking about the car ride heading to church because last time I was heading to church my mom’s car broke down and ran out of gas which is a high anxiety for me cause I don’t like when cars breaks down . Last time we were heading to church my anxiety got so high I ended up in years and my hands were shaking I don’t want that so happen again . I’m so scared right now to go into my mom’s car 😩
